SwissResilience is led by Patrick Niggli, MSc, MBCI, Managing Partner and a senior operational resilience practitioner and advisor with deep national and international experience. Holding a Master of Science Organisational Resilience (MSc) and Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), Patrick has worked with financial institutions, industrial and transportation groups, critical infrastructures and international organisations across Switzerland, Europe and worldwide. He knows DORA, FINMA, NIS2, CER, GDPR and the interconnection between all nine operational resilience disciplines, not in theory, but in their practical application alongside the boards and regulators that enforce them.
SwissResilience also draws on a hand-picked network of independent resilience professionals, practitioners selected not for availability, but for the uncommon depth of their expertise. Each brings field-proven experience in one or more of the nine domains we cover : people who have managed real crises, rebuilt continuity programmes under regulatory pressure and navigated the complexity that no textbook anticipates.
